Examination should include analysis of prepared slides of specimens indicating
  • anemia
  • cancer
  • infection.

  • What diseases are associated with an abnormal blood cell count?
  • What is septicemia? How is it diagnosed?
  • How do cancer cells differ in appearance from normal cells?
