Definition

Task performance should include
  • demonstrating project-management skills, particularly those applicable to working in teams or collaborating
  • identifying client’s objectives (e.g., purpose, message, audience to be reached)
  • identifying client’s requirements (e.g., format, deadline, budget)
  • selecting appropriate software and other design tools for the project
  • planning and designing documents in accordance with the client’s objectives and requirements
  • developing documents
  • testing electronic documents, if applicable (e.g., troubleshooting, debugging)
  • evaluating the project (e.g., gathering feedback, revising).
