Cybersecurity in Marketing, Advanced, builds on fundamentals of cybersecurity learned in the prerequisite course, and how marketing functions are at risk of and impacted by cyberthreats and vulnerabilities. Students will investigate cybersecurity concerns pertaining to marketing strategies and trends in promotion, engagement of customers, privacy, ethics, customer service, brand building, and sales in a digital environment. Content includes examining marketing data, protective measures associated with securing data, and incident response plans.
